Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Naked & Famous Denim purchase; if your raw denim or apparel doesn't fit quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that hemmed jeans and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items. Drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
